Hi christina–Oh, I’m so happy to hear that! That sounds like a fabulous version of S’mores. Will have to look that one up on Elana’s site. I find the cookie S’mores very satisfying … more so than the graham cracker version.

We just made smores tonight using 2 chocolate mocha cookies from Elana’s website. Wow they were soo good! No chocolate bar needed. My gluten free daughter loved them and so did we!
