I would love love love the Gluten-Free Diner Cookbook. For some reason, everyone sends me dessert recipes, but I’ve gotten into a rut with my daily meals. Everything there looks so delicious!

Hi Audrey–I almost did the same thing with my cookbooks, but found I could still use them. I just adapted the recipes or used recipes that were naturally gf. If I remember correctly, you are on the paleo diet though, so that’s a bit harder. Anyway, best of luck in the giveaway!
