Hi Kali Lilla!– I love reading your posts. I do have a problem commenting though. But, I have it on other blogs, too. My comments seem to go into spam often. Hi Jennifer–Welcome to gfe! Kelly’s cookbook is terrific. These muffins should be a treat for your son and everyone else … very easy to make. By the way, you might want to check out gfe’s tip sheets on the sidebar. They can be very helpful for folks making the transition to eating gluten free and using my gfe approach. I’m happy to help if you have any other questions/concerns.

This is such great info! I am just beginning to learn so much about how to go gluten-free for my teenage son. He has requested muffins for breakfast, so I am definitely going to try to make these.
