Goldbaum’s Gluten-Free Brown Rice Spirals
Goldbaum's gluten-free pasta is good and reasonably priced, but feel free to use your favorite. You can use spirals, macaroni noodles, penne, shells---whatever type of gluten-free pasta you like.
Starkist Tuna Packed in Olive Oil
This tuna is my favorite. It's packed in olive oil. There's no soy included as there almost always is in tuna packed in water.
Bumble Bee Wild Pink Salmon
While canned salmon or salmon in pouches is obviously not as good as fresh salmon, it works great in casseroles and pasta dishes.
Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk
Thai Kitchen is one of my "go to" coconut milk brands. I use it all the time for dairy-free cooking and baking. The coconut cream that comes from this brand is excellent for making coconut whipped cream or thickening recipes.
Pyrex Baking Dish
This Pyrex baking dish is my "go to" baking dish. I use it for my Easy and Good Lasagna, my Flourless Doughless Pizza, my Easy Peasy Tuna Casserole, and much more.
