Gluten free since June 2003, I lead a celiac/ gluten intolerance group in Virginia. My passion is educating folks on gluten issues and showing how eating gluten free can be easy if you focus on "real" foods versus processed and specialty foods. Read more...
Pyrex Baking Dish
This Pyrex baking dish is my "go to" baking dish. I use it for my Easy and Good Lasagna, my Flourless Doughless Pizza, my Easy Peasy Tuna Casserole, and much more.
Tinkyada Gluten-Free Lasagne Noodles
Tinkyada is my favorite gluten-free pasta. I prefer pasta made from brown rice over other gluten-free pasta made from other grains (or legumes and seeds), but admittedly opinions on gluten-free pasta vary greatly. I sub Tinkyada for gluten-full pasta in all my old recipes and we love it!
Jovial Gluten-Free Lasagna Noodles
Folks love Jovial's gluten-free pasta products. I'm sharing this one for info purposes only as the reviews on Amazon indicate that this pasta arrives in pieces. So it's probably not a good idea to order this pasta from Amazon, but look for it in your local market.
Le Veneziane Gluten-Free Lasagne Sheets
See ... Italians use "lasagne" versus "lasagna." I have not tried this product and it's made from corn, which is not always my personal fave, but if you like corn-based gluten-free pasta, it might be worth checking out. If you make your own gluten-free pasta, making pasta sheets instead of individual noodles takes a lot of the work out of lasagna!
