When:   Thursday, June 24, 2014; 6:00 pm

Where:  Trish and Joe Parker’s Home in Caroline County

19491 Tidewater Trail

Fredericksburg, VA 22408

Their home might be closer for some of you who can’t always make the drive to my house or other locations in King George, so we hope to see many of you there! Note that their home is also the site of their business, Photography By Joe Parker. (Honest plug:  Joe is an outstanding photographer and a personal friend. He took our wedding photos as well as our nephew’s, niece’s, and our son’s graduation photos. Trish’s attention to detail and beautiful gardens—and more—also play a role in the great photos that Joe takes!)

Here’s their website, which gives you easy directions from wherever you are. 🙂 You’ll know you’ve arrived when you see their sign below!

What:  This meeting will be our regular monthly meeting. There will be no presentation. This will be a regular gluten-free potluck affair. There’s no theme. Just bring something that you like to make that’s good! We’ve been simply enjoying great meals and great conversations the last few months.

Note:   If you’re more than “just gluten free” (e.g., dairy free, vegetarian), we usually have options, so there almost certainly will be something you can eat, but bring something you know you can eat just in case. If you’re new to the group and uncertain of what to bring that would be gluten free and safe, the following are always needed and welcome until you feel comfortable bringing gluten-free dishes:  simple beverages (e.g., Limeade, Lemonade), napkins, small cups, and bottled water.
