Great pictures, Shirley! I’m jealous…lol. It’s 37 degrees here in AK and windy. Being in the sun and next to the ocean sounds wonderful right now. Enjoy your time in CA – I’m living vicariously through you!

    • Shirley on October 21st, 2011 9:07 pm

Megan–Thanks, dear! Wow … 37 already? AK weather … not ready for those temps yet. ;-) The sun and ocean plus time with best buddies is a balm to the soul. :-)

Seriously? Do you have to rub it in?

You girls better stop all the partying and start planning the next adventure. You know, the one that I’ll be part of! Sniff, sniff.

I’m off to find a chocolate bar to drown my sorrows in (with). And as soon as 5 o’clock rolls around, maybe a glass of red wine. So there!

    • Shirley on October 21st, 2011 9:17 pm

Hi Melissa–So sorry, honey. If I could beam you here for a little bit—like for dinner, plus said red wine and chocolate—I would! Then you could be back home in a jiffy. ;-) Sending you big xo from all!

    Hi Shirley~

Glad you are enjoying some time here in California. I’m up the road a bit in Davis…about a hour north/east of San Francisco. We are enjoying the same beautiful warm weather here on this end of Cali. Enjoy your time here – eat, eat, rest, and bask in the healing sunshine!!

    Be Well,
    –Amber
