Canadian Celiac Association Conference 2013

When:  Tuesday, May 7, 6:00 pm

Where:  My (Shirley Braden’s) Home in King George, VA (Note: Please email Shirley for directions if you are local and plan to attend.)

What:  We’ll first share our usual potluck meal with all items served being gluten free, of course. We usually have a good number of foods/dishes that are also dairy free, vegan, etc. However, if you eat “more free” than gluten free, be sure to bring something you can eat, just in case.

After our meal, I’ll dry run my presentation on Emotions in Motion:  Psychosocial Effects of Gluten Issues  for the Canadian Celiac Association Conference next month in Toronto. (Update: Due to technical difficulties, I will delay sharing my presentation until after the event and once we meet at my house again. We’ll just chat about whatever is on our minds.)

It's called a crustless apple pie because the crust is poured over the apples and forms both a top and bottom crust when baked. This pie is so, so good!
