Chocolate-Covered Katie has professed her love for not only chocolate, but also peanut butter many times. So it’s a bit surprising that there’s no chocolate in her three-ingredient recipe for Black Magic Peanut Butter. But lack of chocolate aside, she promises you that this peanut butter spread is “CRAZY addictive. One taste and you won’t be able to think of anything else.”

This looks delicious! My little boy eats peanut butter on a spoon regularly for a snack, I’m sure he would love this variation 🙂

Cassidy–I’ve never been one to eat peanut butter on a spoon, but I know that many people do. With me, it would instead be almond butter on a spoon! I can’t resist that! If I had blackstrap molasses on hand, I’d try this recipe with almond butter immediately. I might even go ahead and try it with regular molasses. 😉 I need some black magic in my life. 🙂

Thanks for taking the time to comment, dear! Have a wonderful weekend!
