Here you’ll find a gluten-free Bundt cake recipe for every possible occasion, including recipes that feature your very favorite ingredients and work for your gluten-free and “more-free” needs.

Special Bundt Pans Used to Make Bundt Cakes [Featured on GlutenFreeEasily.com]

Special Bundt Pans Used to Make Unique Bundt Cakes

There are many types of the traditional size Bundt pans, from classic to nonstick pans to Bundt pans with handles to fancier pans (such as “Heritage” pans, castle pans, cathedral pans, Fleur de Lis pans, and heart-shaped pans) to ceramic and other non-aluminum stoneware pans (including a budget-friendly glass “ring cake” pan).

I have to admit that I am totally smitten with that heart-shaped pan, but my most recent purchase is this stoneware Bundt pan from The Pampered Chef. (Note that I bought mine from a friend who hosted a Pampered Chef party.)

Even the mini Bundt pans and muffin pans come in beautiful designs like this sweetheart rose muffin pan or this multiple design mini Bundt pan and can be made from different material, like this silicone fancy mini Bundt pan. There are even Bundt measuring cups, which make a great gift for anyone who needs measuring cups and a perfect gift for the Bundt cake lovers!

Last, here’s my personal tip for quickly cooling traditional size Bundt cakes. (Note that this method only works for lighter weight Bundt pans; this method will not work for a stoneware Bundt pan.) Place your Bundt cake pan upright over the neck of a full, unopened bottle of wine. Leave for 10 to 15 minutes before inverting Bundt pan over a cake plate to remove cake. (Or course, if the cake recipe you are making has special instructions for cake removal; be sure to follow those directions instead.)

A bundt pan is on my wishlist so I better go get one with all these great recipes. Can these be made in a 9×13 pan instead?

Hi Janet–Welcome to All Gluten-Free Desserts! 🙂 I think there are as many Bundt pans are there are recipes here. I was so surprised at all the choices! To answer your question, one can’t give a blanket answer on that question. Some of the recipes do note that they can be made in a 9 x 13 pan. Some of the recipes if not made in a Bundt pan can baked in loaf pans (like my pound cake). Others are mini Bundt recipes and individual, so those wouldn’t be candidates for a larger pan of any kind. If the answer is not obvious, I’d recommend leaving a comment on the original recipe post so that the creator of the recipe can let you know if a 9 x 13 pan will work. 🙂

Wow!!! What a wonderful roundup! Thanks Shirley, this is just such a lovely thing you do – in fact I have enjoyed every single of your roundups!
That said, I believe I have made your perfect poundcake as bundt more than I can remember, and it is perfection! Also your recent pumpkin pound/coffee cake/bundt has been spectacular.
However, one of these days, when my schedule clears up just a little, I will try some of these wonderful bundts! I totally, absolutely love bundts! They bring back so many beautiful childhood memories…..

Your mini banana coffee cake is
listed under egg free. Its not egg free since you list an egg in the ingredients.

Okay, now I have a question about your quick cooling tip for Bundt cakes…

You said: Place your Bundt cake pan upright over the neck of a FULL wine bottle.

Is it supposed to be cold or room temp?? I don’t have wine, but I have a bottle of sparkling cider I could use… and I have the “Tunnel of Fudge” recipe calling my name again ;).

Hi Mama Lee–I just pull a bottle of wine out of my wine rack, so that’s room temperature. The temperature of the wine itself is not the key. It’s the fact that the cake is elevated with air circulating around it so that it can cool easier than sitting on the counter or even a cooling rack. Enjoy all your Bundt baking! 🙂
