When: Saturday, March 19, 8:30 to 3:00 pm
Where: James Monroe High School
2300 Washington Avenue; Fredericksburg, VA
What: I’ll be teaching two sessions, one on determining if you have celiac/gluten intolerance/gluten sensitivity, and another on living gluten free easily (gfe). In the classes and at our support group’s table, I’ll be providing information packets on symptoms and illnesses related to celiac and non-celiac gluten intolerance; gfe meal ideas, dessert ideas, pantry stocking info, and recipes; as well as testing and resource information. Note that this is an annual event held each March. This will be my fourth year speaking, so if you cannot attend this year, please plan on attending next year. There are about 100 workshops to choose 4 sessions from each year. If you can’t participate in one of my sessions, at least stop by our support group’s table in the exhibit hall for an information packet and tasty gluten-free cookie!

Diane–These posts are not actually supposed to go out in my feed, but I updated a plug-in and something went awry. 😉 Anyway, the forum is always a great event. Thanks so much for your constant encouragement and positive “strokes”. 🙂

Shirley, I am amazed at all you manage to do to continue to spread the word about how wonderful it is to live gf.
I just got asked to partner with the Arizona Food Allergy Alliance and help to be one of their spokespersons. I only hope I can do it the same kind of justice that you are doing!

Thank you, Kim! You are always overly generous with your words, but please don’t stop offering them … some days I especially need the encouragement. 😉
Oh my goodness, that is just fabulous on partnering with the AZ Food Allergy Alliance! You will be an awesome spokesperson. I can’t wait to see what you do in that role. Without a doubt, I know you will be phenomenal!
