Top 30 Best Gluten-Free Pizza Crust Recipes
~ Allergen-Friendly Pizza Crust from The Tasty Alternative ~ gluten free, dairy free, egg free, refined sugar free, yeast free
Reader review: “After many tried and failed crust attempts I was so happy to encounter this tutorial! I made this crust for our twins and it was AWESOME!
I don’t have an oven-safe wire rack, so I just used parchment paper on our metal pizza pans, and it worked great. I can see how it would turn out even better with the rack, but everyone was happy with how it turned out – even our non-allergic kids liked it!”
~ Best Gluten-Free Pizza Crust from Simply Quinoa ~ gluten free, egg free
Reader review: “I’ve been searching for a good GF pizza dough to make for my friend’s wife. My search is over.
This isn’t just good it is fantastic. Thanks very much.”
Reader review: “This was absolutely DELISH!! My family loved it!!”
~ Brazilian Cheese Pizza Crust from Gluten-Free Gobsmacked ~ gluten free grain free, vegetarian, primal, yeast free
The original recipe that Kate shares is for the Brazilian Cheese Rolls, but her directions for the pizza crust variation are at the bottom of her post.
I’m going to personally vouch for this recipe. I’ve made it many times as pizza crust and it’s really wonderful! I mean it has a chewy, cheesy crust; what could be better?
While Kate uses less cheese when she’s using her recipe for pizza crust, I actually use the exact same recipe as she does for her Brazilian Cheese Rolls—so same amount of cheese–just patting the dough out into a 12-inch pizza crust. The photo above is one I took when I made Kate’s recipe.
~ Chewy Pizza Crust from Faithfully Gluten Free ~ gluten free, vegetarian, with dairy-free option (Jeanine is the author of the award-winning resource book/cookbook, The Everything Guide to Living Gluten Free.)
Reader review: “Wow! I made this today for my annual pizza and start of the NASCAR season tradition and it did not let me down. It was a great crust that definitely gave me the chewiness of my old deep dish favorite.
What was so beautiful about this crust is that it didn’t have any problems with sogginess, floppiness, or falling apart like so many gluten free pizza crusts I’ve tried usually do, especially with as much tomato sauce as I like! This one is truly a keeper!
Thank you sooo much for bringing back thick crust pizza for me!”
~ Crisp Gluten-Free Pizza Crust from Faithfully Gluten Free ~ gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian
Reader reviews: “We tried this recipe last week and I fell IN LOVE! My husband and boys loved it too!
I like it so much I made it again a few days ago, just as cheesy bread to have with GF Spaghetti. And….then tonight I used it to make pitas for chicken gyro’s. I just spread it in little 4″ circles instead of the large one. It worked beautifully!
I may never eat another G-Free bread again. Thank you for sharing!!”
“All of my family loved it, and my pickiest eater told me it was the best pizza I have ever made! That is saying a lot since I was an avid pizza maker before eliminating gluten from our diets.”
