It seems to me that folks get more excited about Blueberry Muffins than they do about any other kind of muffins and I’m here to share the best Gluten-Free Blueberry Muffins with you! As I’m beginning this post, it’s actually National Blueberry Muffin Day, July 11.

This collection includes both recipes I have on gfe (mostly from previous March Muffin Madness events) and recipes from additional trusted resources in our gluten-free community. Get excited if you’re a blueberry muffin lover because you have plenty of fabulous choices here!

From a mug muffin for one, to a small batch for two, to the usual dozen muffins. From recipes that use individual gluten-free flours, to ones that use gluten-free flour mixes, to ones that are grain free. With recipes without dairy, eggs, refined sugar, and more. All of these recipes are labeled below to help you find the blueberry muffin recipe that will work best for you!

Remember that Gluten-Free Blueberry Muffins can do triple duty. As a wonderful breakfast option, mid-day (or late night) snack, or even a worthy after dinner dessert.

Incidentally, most of these recipes will work with either fresh or frozen blueberries (be sure to follow the recipe creator’s instructions). So if you happen upon this recipe roundup when there are no fresh blueberries to be found, you can still grab a package of frozen blueberries from the store (or your own personal freezer if you’re so lucky!) and enjoy your favorite muffins!

Colette created these muffins as the allergen-free version of the blueberry muffins she’d enjoyed from a favorite department store as a child. She says: “Those luscious muffins had enormous tops covered with sugar that crunched when you bit into them but the large juicy blueberries inside what were truly made them special.”
