It’s been terrific to see the number and variety of posts shared for Gluten-Free Wednesdays each week. A big thanks to all of you bloggers who are submitting your posts every week and big thanks also to all of you readers who are taking the time to check them out each week! I truly love the many levels of support in our gluten-free community! That support brings us fabulous recipes like Cheeseburger Casserole, Nutella Cream Pie, and Waffle Sticks plus informational posts on gluten-free living.
This event is co-hosted by my friends, Linda of Gluten-Free Homemaker and Lynn of Lynn’s Kitchen Adventures. When you link up your post via the linky on any of our sites, it will show up on all three blogs.
“My” Submissions from Last Week
Speaking of support in the gluten-free community, there are some very talented blogger friends behind that “My”! Because of the month-long March Muffin Madness event, I have another week’s worth of their muffin recipes to share with you all! You can see them in the linky, but they’re also listed below for you. If you missed the kickoff post—the first one shown below—you can read that for the delicious details, but the time-critical fact you need to know is that every comment (one per post) during this event is an entry towards some really terrific prizes! There’s less than a week left until the big drawing so be sure to visit each post to leave a comment (only one comment per post please) and get in your maximum number of entries!
The MMM giveaway prizes are shown in the photo below. They include three different muffin pans (mini 24-cup, steel 12-cup, or cast iron 6-cup), an immersion blender, a spiral vegetable slicer, an Instant Pot (electric pressure cooker), and a 14-cup food processor—all from gfe. The Super Grand Prize is provided by the generous folks at Blendtec. Thank you, Blendtec! It’s their black Designer Series Blendtec (factory recertified) plus a Twister jar as our Super Grand Prize! The Blendtec comes with a 7-year warranty; the Twister jar has a 3-year warranty. If you’re not familiar with a Blendtec, it’s an all-in-one type kitchen appliance.
There are muffin recipes in every category of “free,” not just gluten free. Here’s the kickoff post again (with all the prize details and the latest recipe links) and the posts that have been shared since last week for MMM:
