Gluten-Free Wednesdays continues to be going along wonderfully with this week’s top post being a discussion post, 5 Foods That Can Wreck Your Thyroid, plus so many delicious gluten-free recipes shared. I appreciate all of you who are contributing posts each week as well as all of you who are taking the time to check out all the entries every week. It’s such a fun event for our gluten-free community!
Special note: If you’re a blogger who is contributing, please remember to link back to one of the hosting blogs: mine, Linda’s (Gluten-Free Homemaker) (this site is no longer active), or Lynn’s (Lynn’s Kitchen Adventures). Linking to any one of our blogs allows your post to show up on all three blogs! Please remember that only recipes that link back can be highlighted in the wrap up the following week (e.g., most popular recipe in the linky, most popular post shared on Facebook, a favorite of a co-host).
“My” Submissions from Last Week
The gfe submissions I’m sharing this week come from our March Muffin Madness event once again. For the last week of the event—per usual—there are muffin recipes in every category of “free,” not just gluten free. Here’s are the posts that have been shared since last week for MMM, including the kickoff/roundup post showing all the links for the event:
~ “Starter” Muffins with Pretty Pink Glaze (gluten free, vegetarian, with dairy-free option)
~ Raspberry Muffin Cakes (gluten free, dairy free, egg free, refined sugar free, vegetarian)
~ Basil Prosciutto Corn Cakes (gluten free)
~ Classic Sweet Cornbread Muffins (gluten free, vegetarian)
~ Tropical Mango-Coconut Muffins (gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free, vegetarian)
~ Savory Leek and Potato Brunch Muffins (gluten free, grain free, dairy free, refined sugar free, paleo, primal, with vegetarian option)
~ Knee Slappin’ Good Blueberry Muffins (gluten free, dairy free, egg free, vegan)
The event wrapped up on Monday with the MMM giveaway drawing conducted at midnight. All winners were selected by using Random.org. Notification emails will be sent to the winners. Winners will have 24 hours to respond with their name and mailing address. If there is no response within that time, a new winner will be selected using Random.org.
