All of these recipes are gluten-free recipes to enjoy on Christmas morning for breakfast or brunch. Yes, I know it’s the day after Christmas! LOL But life comes at you fast and I didn’t finish this collection until this morning!
And these are recipes you can enjoy any morning during Christmas week, perhaps when things have slowed down quite a bit. To be honest, that’s actually my favorite time to enjoy a special breakfast or brunch. When there aren’t a million other things on my to-do list. Such meals also help perk me up if I’m feeling a bit blue after the main holiday festivities.
These recipes would also be great for New Year’s Day or really any special day. Although admittedly, a few are winter themed and you might feel a bit silly making a few of them during the summer months. “Might” is the operative word there. Always seize your joy—even when it doesn’t fit traditional expectations. A snowman cheese ball might be just the thing one needs during the summer heat!
Some of these recipes may surprise you because they’re not traditional breakfast or brunch recipes. However, sustenance is important and some of these non-traditional recipes will greatly appeal to the folks who normally skip breakfast. And that’s a bonus. Let’s get some fortifying food in everyone on those festive but busy days!
